    The writing on the back of this item is difficult to read, but I can make out the word Austalia on it. Not sure of its date of manufacture or the manufacturer in general.

      Hi mlrsadpsgt! Your piece is marked Victoria Carlsbad Austria. You can see a clear mark here:

      According to Kovels Carlsbad or Karlsbad is a mark used on china made by several factories in Germany, Austria, and Bavaria. I believe they began production late 19th century. If you google this image, you should be able to find a date that corresponds to the one you have, which was probably before 1918. Good luck in your research! :-)
