Virgin Mary Old Print Gilt Frame

I looking for some help dating/identifying this. I am not sure what was used to create it. Watercolors maybe? There are no dots or anything when I look at it with a loop as would be seen when looking at a litho print. It is a thick paper. I think the print itself is older than the frame. The frame is 12 3/4" x 10".
