About 7 years ago before my grandmothers house which was built in 1860 was torn down I found this old Master lock I think it was in a drawer. I e mailed Master & they were able to give me the combination & it works great. However there were nt able to tell me about when it was made. Do you have a ballpark guess of when it may have been produced. Im guessing pre WW2 because of the brass maybe 1920 s or 30 s . I have another pic of the back but am unable to shrink it down

As a former locksmith, the number on the back "B35493" is the number Master ran to get you your combination, most good local locksmiths have books with all these numbers in them to get the combinations. If I remember correctly, I believe those same books told you what year they were as well. You may want to try a local locksmith, might help. My guesstimation would be late '30's very early '40's. Nice lock!
