My Vintage 5580SB Electro Ingenico Auto US Zone Germany, W/Box and Acc. missing the hood ornament.

This was bought by my grandfather in the mid 60s. I didnt play with it much enjoyed looking at it as a reminder of my grandfather. It has been in the closet for a couple decades. I really wasn't able to get much history of this car. I would like any information on this toy to pass on to my grandson.
