Porcelain figure of sitting ``borzoi`` - Russian wolfhound, made by Bing & Grøndahl. In 1987 the company merged with the Royal Porcelain Factory under the name Royal Copenhagen.
It is almost 9 inches tall.

It was sculptured by Danish artist Lauritz Jensen (1859 - 1935), who made about 15 animal figures for both Copenhagen factories 1906 – 1916. Dog figure is model number 1814.His sculpture of two lions is in a Copenhagen park.
