This is a rather large 10" tall blown molded vase replicating a tree trunk. It does not have the usual collar base, but was held by a pontil which was later snapped off than spherically ground. The top is hand formed with creased petals. Very light colored pink glass with amber flash at the top. The base is absolutely unique and blown into the mold with the same thickness of glass. I have been unable to identify the maker, but am leaning toward Hobbs. The depth, size and thickness of the glass is similar to Millersburg's Rose Columns Vases and I know Northwood did use the spherical ground pontils on Stretch Glass pieces in the 1920's. So, it is really hard to date this piece.

Thanks for your suggestion. I went to the url, but it does not look like the Hupen pattern, although Hupen is tree like, it does not have the extensive base shape of this piece or the detailed pattern of the bark. Pretty much a smooth pattern.
