1952 Standard Bantam 3000

Hello my name is Matt, and I've had this little Standard for over 30yrs now. My dad gave me this tractor as a child. I am now in the process of restoring it for my youngest son Danny. To date the original Briggs 9FB has been completely rebiult, and so has the transaxle. I just tested the drivetrain a couple of days ago, and it is working perfectly. I have now disassembled the tractor for sandblasting and body work. The no. on this tractor is 952378. The 9 is for briggs 9Fb, the 52 is for 1952, and the 378 is for the 378th model made that year. This resto will be far from perfect, but it should look good, and I know my son will love it. I have really enjoyed having my son get involved in this hobby with me. He will now have his own tractor to follow around behind me, while I'm on my old Wheel Horse.
