Does anyone know something about this? It is 8 inches tall with cut outs around the pottery,so it won't hold water. The marking on the bottom looks like a man with his hands over his head. There is an OH across his chest and some #'s to the right of his leg. I cannot find anything on the internet that resembles it.

This is an interesting pot. The shape and decorative technique of the peonies (?) is Asian. I'm reminded of 15th century Korean (Joseon) sgaffitto wares with a buncheong glaze.
