I'd like to know exactly what this item is. There are grapes etched into the glass, the tube in the center is plastic. There is a small votive holder hanging on the left. In the bottom of the glass decanter, there is a small relief valve to allow fluid to flow through. I can't imagine what sits on the little tray under the decanter. I have tried to locate an original photo but haven't been able to locate one. If anyone has any luck, please let me know. Thanks.
