UNKNOWN - Art Deco Czechoslovakian graduated bulbous Glass Vase

I bought this 8 1/2" x 4" Rich Color with a thin bands of rust in color enameling highlight the top of this vase.

Acid mark of Made in Czecho-slovakia on bottom.

Any help on the maker would help. Thanks.

The glass is solid flashed like many Kralik pieces, the foot looks similar to Welz and the rim painted like that looks generic Czech

Just for fun, the shape is also rather similar to a Loetz shape on page 263 of Ricke II - 5149/8" - looks like a possible design shift.
