      Hi Bruce this clock is 23" without the eagle on top. thanks, Misty

      We need to include the eagle for the entire height of the clock. Also, when you take other measurements, like the width, always measure the widest part of the case. Sometimes that means the outer edges of the feet or some decorative molding.
