RUBY RED VASE

I have had this beautiful vase for a while and don't know anything about it. I would love to know who made it and how old it may be.

It has an rounded bottom with a slight pushed in rough pontil mark, and is a lovely clear deep red, seen in a certain light there can be seen what looks like a fine wash of gold over it. From the neck up to the rim it has the most beautiful peacock colours, sorry! very hard to show.
I have shown it in different lights and positions to try and capture some of the colour.
