HELP! Would like to know anything about this lamp. Not sure if it's brass or cast iron. I'm leaning torward cast iron, very heavy aprox 9 lbs. Bottom reads C-187 (or it could be a G-187) ACC. I have a pair of them I picked up at a yard sale, I have not cleaned them up yet . They have 4 candelabras, a glass piece in the center below, 2 child like figurines sitting on a marble piece. I have not been able to find anything out about these lamps. The bottom reads
Thanks, Kim
Are you sure the glass piece and electric components are original?? I seems to appear to me that it has been modified at some point in time. Looks like naked cherubs on the sides.
No, I'm really not sure. It may have been modified. I told my husband that I think it may have had a candelabra in the middle that was changed into an electric light but really not sure. They look like cherubs to me too. They have a wrap around them in the mid section. Thank you for responding.
I had a lamp that looked very similar to these, tho the bottom was more classical style. The lamp had the bulb socket in the middle, with candle holders around the bulb. It was a lamp from the Edwardian period. To me, these look as tho they may be from that period, as well. Again, not an expert, but an educated guess.

Hello kcrabby66
I know this is several years later but I have 2 lamps with acc g-187 on the bottom I have know idea about who made them. All I know is I was a child back in the mid 60's in Ft Wayne Indiana when my father bought them for my mom for there anniversary. I would love to post pic but don't know how.
