I have this antiques native basket that has arrow design. The capital letters spell METLAKATLA. According to a Google search, this is a Native community in Alaska. This basket appears to be old and was possibly made for trade or tourist. Please let me know what you think about it.

This is Tsimshian, and the METLAKATLA is the name of the place. It was made for the tourist trade and could be as early as 1920's or 1930's. Really nice! I love the design.
