This basket is very big and is about 2 feet tall and it some type of storage basket. I am not sure what it was used to store and I was hoping the community here could help me out with some information about it. Please help with any info; tribe, age, purpose, material, value, comparable items, etc.

This basket is most likely made by the Mohawk Tribe and it is a storage basket or laundry basket. Probably made in the 1950's or so. Usually made of Ash.
