    I am wondering if anyone has ever seen this shape in Royal Fan aka Turkey Tracks. It is mouth blown with a ground pontil on the bottom.

      I've not seen it.
      But check with a search of Pukeberg “Solfjäder” .

      Two names too! Harald Notini and the American Jules H Venon.

      Another name is Börje A Y Åkerblom's who has a site which is indeed a fountain of information, too!

      It's some snips from an Antiques magazine in Sweden. Or was, it seems! I can't see the decanter there.
      The square shape looks unusual.
      There was also another design besides the Fan.
