Old Copy of Declaration of Independence - but how old?

I am going to remove this from its frame and I am wondering what I should look for as far as determining the age and origin. The item is 24 inches across and 29 3/4 tall and there are no visible "made by" marks... How can I identify who made this? Thanks!
