    I bought this at an estate sale I am pretty sure its made out of copper its not a pipe there is no way to suck air from it. I think the stick is some sort of flint if anyone knows what this is used for or what its called I would greatly appreciate it

      I dont think its a pipe or case just because there is no where to store a pipe and there is no hole on the tip to suck air from there is a holder that i think holds a flint and in the hole there are ashes so its used to burn something. When I showed my friend he thought it was some sort of light torch
