Victorian mourning cap

I have found a mourning cap which i believe to be from the Victorian era.

It has no labels in and i know nothing about it!

I would love to find out some more information about it like exactly what era is it from? How much is it worth? Etc

If any one can tell me anything about it that would be fantastic!
