    Bought this at a garage sale,,i think it is some kind of kitchen tool..or What I do Not Know it is a bit heavy made of some kind of rebar like material,,with a wooden handle the size is about 3 inches accross by 4 inches in lengh to the wooden handle which is about 3 and a half inches long
