My parents purchased this in the early 1940's, but I am not certain which year. It still lights up and the turntable plays the records. The radio lights up, but I haven't attempted an antenna yet. I think my Dad said he paid about $1100 back then, which was a LOT of money.
The buttons on the radio are unique to this area (Seattle/Tacoma).
The stations are KVI/KIRO/KXA/KJR/KOMO/KRSC/KMO/KTBI.
There is a dial for short wave/AM/FM/2FM/RECORD.
The turntable is for 78 rpm platters.
There are also a couple hundred old records/albums.
I would love any information you might have.
I have this same piece and I am seeking info also??
