I say this is a * 97 someone here disagrees.
Can some one help? Anything else would be helpful.

It's definitely a high-end tambour with the Seth Thomas #113 Westminster Movement but it is not a Chime Clock No. 97. It looks like you have a Chime Clock No. 78 circa 1926. Height 10" Width 20 1/2" Depth 7".

For comparison you can currently view another "78" listed on eBay under item number 120901053692.

That same seller listed and sold a Chime no. 97 under item number 110854480851

He sells a lot of Seth Thomas chiming clocks. Personally, I bought one clock from him several years ago and was pretty disappointed with it. It was supposed to be completely overhauled and I had to do a lot of work on it anyway, but that is neither here nor there.

You have a beautiful chiming Tambour. It is a Seth Thomas No. 78.
