This once belonged to my maternal grandmother. One of my uncles brought it back from japan in the late 40's or early 50's. It went to mom and my brother and I both love it so much we sometimes give it to the other one at Christmas to keep for a year.
There is a slight imperfection in the bottom edge but it was glazed with it - it's not a chip. Love this little guy at about 2 inches tall.
