His and hers..found hiding in an old crawl space,they were a little moldy but cleaned up really well.,i would love to know more about them and what if anything they are worth.

These should be easy for you to research. Go to a few different Craigslist.com sites, especially the ones that may be closer to where you live. Then go to the for sale area and then Bicycles and enter the make and model of your bike in the search field.
You can also try ebay.com or google.com
In my experience, in my location, these old Schwinns are still in demand. I would say they are worth $40 to $150 each depending on condition. For a Varsity like those, ready to ride for the season and in good but not great cosmetic condition, I would ask maybe $120 each. there all kinds of variables, not the least of which is how fast you want to hold on to them. For $125 each you may have them for 3 months. For $25 each you would probably sell them in a few hours (around Minneapolis anyway).
You have 2 amazing condition Schwinns! They are in the most desireable color, Radiant Coppertone. You also have a bundle$ in parts if you decide to part it out on Craigslist or ebau. Coppertone Grips - $20-$30 per set. Coppertone S seats $30-45 each. Pre-reflector pedal sets $20 - $30 bucks each set. If I were you and wanted to sell them. I would pull the seats grips and pedals and replace them with 20 dollars worth of used parts from the local bike store bins and sell the bikes for $120/hers $160/his locally, advertising them as RARE Coppertone His & Her's pair. Put the grips and seats and pedals as separate auctions on ebay and clean up!
Turning bikes around has become a second income for me so my inclination is to sell. You could also enjoy a rare Set of great old collectable bikes!
BTW - to remove grips use a screw driver and work it slowly up under the grips and spray in a little WD40. turn the grips working the oil around a little with the Screwdriver and they will POP right off. You could use water and a spray bottle too.
