this is a barn find in Saskatchewan Canada but the barn owner came from europe.... any ideas? it looks to have been repainted therefore any badging or numbers are not visable. I have not been able to find anything else compareable yet.

no motor in the back. I love this thing but am in the middle of so many project that I dont even know what to do with it

made in belgium by a company named Swan. its a kids toy seat height would be roughly 24"
