    all i know about this is that its a registering speed indicator it was my grandpas. I have this paper that tells how to use it but no date and ne way to tell how old it is!! If anybody has some input....

      Hi Ginnycripe. I have the same tool. All I know is it's an early mechanical tachometer. I have no paperwork/directions. Would it be possible for you to make a copy of the directions and email them to me? Would be much appreciated. Thank's!
