I believe this to be a Rumi Super Sport. I know this post is old but I like old bikes, Italian included. Rumi was a foundry manufacturer in Bergamo Italy and made small bikes and scooters for awhile in the 50's and 60's. What interests me is the horizontal 2 stroke twin engine. They won the Italian National Championship Grand Prix in 1954 with a factory racer with this engine. Pretty good for no more time in business than they had. Rumi stopped buildin bikes in the early sixties and went back to painting and sculpting.
