    Doll has no marking. Is she German? Is she old? Valuable? Eyes are painted.Legs do not move only arms.

      Hi your little plastic or celluloid doll is cute but has no real money value . These little dolls usually came with clothes stapled on and were novelty doll and also carnival dolls . She dates from 1950's and is USA made .One of the companies that made dolls similar was Knickerbocker , Several companies were producing them and they also sold in 5 and dime stores . They were meant to sit on a shelf more than a toy .
