Eyea roll around has real eyelashes. Never seen a doll with shoes like this on their feet. Raggedy but cute! Valueable I doubt. Plastic I believe

She maybe a Virga as she has molded shoes on feet but again no value . has some damage and the clothes and shoes and socks are very important to sell these dolls . 1950's and a Ginny wanna be :-) a few dollars at best has stained legs which is permanent :-( and some spots on face . Someone may use her for parts .
