This pair of Moccasins were made in Anadarko, Oklahoma around 1900 as a gift for a Lessie Adams by her best friend an American Indian girl. Lessie Adams keep them until her passing in 1974 at about 90 years of age. She married an American Indian about 1905 and lived for a period of time on the Indian reservation at Anadarko, Ok. I obtained them as well as several other Indian items 30 years ago from her daughter in law. The Moccasins are warn but the beads are intact and they are a very important part of my collection.
