      My son picked one of these up at a yard sale summer before last. I can remember using my grandfathers when I was a kid tinkering in his garage.

      This is a RIGID 620 extension rule. I also have a MILLERS FALLS 160. They've gone the way of the slide rule !

      I have many rulers made by Lufkin Rule Co.Tape measures,folding rulers and etc.I worked at Lufkin for about 6 months,my father-in-law worked at Lufkin for 35 years.Lots of fond memoreies.

      Hi,
      I found a Stanley No. 68 in a tool box at my Dad's. Can you tell me what year these were made. I have never seen one like this befor. It looks like he didn't use it much.

      Here is a great site you might enjoy. He doesn't list a 68 but I think it is close to #69 and #70 as to date. Check back till he gets one.
