I've had these beautiful lamps for about 2 years, but have not used them because I could never find the perfect lampshade. For 2 years I've looked at these and thought "boy that shape looks familiar". I've been collecting Fenton for several years, but it took 2 years to dawn on me that they look like Fenton's Beaded Melon pattern. Could it be? I've done research and gone to the library and have only found one lamp that looks similar that was described as Fenton. I can't even figure out what color it is within their color codes. I think its from the 60's. Anyone familiar with Fenton lamps enough to confirm that these are Fenton and what time period? They really are beautiful and I've enjoyed glancing at them when I pass by (even without the lamp shade).
Hi, I don't believe those lamps are that old. I have an identical one from my parents. They purchased it new in the late 80's or early 90's. I still have the original lamp shade. It is tall and a similar blue to the lamps. I know the owners of the store the lamp came from, and they sell a lot of Fenton glass items. That may be the mfg.
