Hi your head was likely purchased from Simon Halbig 69 is their number , The red stamp in German means Real eyelashes. Yours looks like she lost hers which is common and are easily replaced . She is a nice Handwerck bisque doll . Hope that answers all your concerns about her . As I said the 10 is size 69 is mold number
I might add that there is some that also have a S&H on them when using their heads . But Handwerck used mold 69 among others . So It is not unusual mark but a very good quality bisque doll. Check her head close for chips or hairline cracks ect . Any damage to head greatly affects value
History
Heinrich and Minna Handwerck dolls were produced in Gotha near Waltershausen, Thuringia, Germany beginning in 1876 until they were purchased by Kammer & Reinhardt in 1902, who continued to produce the Handwerck molds until at least 1932, between that time period they added "oHG" to the marking. Their bisque doll heads were designed by Handwerck but produced by Simon & Halbig and are of very fine and high quality workmanship which continued under the K & R ownership.
Heinrich Handwerck is probably best known for their Bebe dolly faced bisque head, child dolls and babies, kid or composition jointed bodies, they also produced some celluloid dolls, too.
Some of the mold numbers or letters used to mark the Handwerck dolls are; 69, 79, 89, 99, 109, 119, 139, 189, eight pointed star + French or German words, Baby Cut, (Bébé) Bebe Cosmopolite, Bebe de Recalme, Bebe Superior, Made in Germany + an upside down horseshoe + Hch # H, HH, HHW, HW, Germany + HANDWERCK + Halbig, LaBelle, LaBonita and Lotti, body ink stamp # 100297.
I answered on your other post of her head alone :-)
