Very nice watch! The dial is particularly nice... It's a model 1883 Waltham. The PS Bartlett was a mid-grade watch. Not their best but certainly not their least expensive either. Your movement has a gilt finish. It was available in nickel as well. Here's mine. Check it out: http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/12333-waltham-pocket-watch?in=user

As to value I'd say check ebay. That'll give you an idea. I'm thinking $150-$200
