Talking Tweety Bird Cookie Jar

Found this jar it's in very good condition in bright yellow plastic no cracks but does show some wear.
Measuring 8-1/2" tall and 6-1/2" wide.
Uses 3 LR44 included. " I saw... I saw a putty cat !!!!"

This cookie jar is imprinted TM & 1998 WARNER BROS. Made in China Funomenon! New York, N.Y.

Any one know a little more regarding this CJ ?... maybe some story & value....
