What made us think our Thomas Webb bronze vase could have been Lötz

I think this should be the last post on this subject... unless we find out who the designer is!

Anyway, in the middle you can see what seems to be an acepted Lotz vase following a Marie Kirschner design. It seems to be true that she never designed that shape thinking of this crackled decoration but a smooth one, but the shape is hers. To those saying that our vase was too dark to be Lötz... isn't this Kirschner's vase as dark as ours?

Then we saw the picture of this amazing Lötz owned by Mac63 (http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/24648-loetz-art-glass?in=user). So far it was te only reference we had of simmilar handles/ears used on Bohemian glass.

Hence, same texture and olor than a Lötz vase, plus same funny handles/ears than another Lötz vase... it had to be one. Ok, maybe it was a simplistic solution, but after all we're just learning.
