    This colorful porcelain victory stamp machine with Uncle Sam on the front was manufactured by the Automatic Dispenser Co of Los Angeles, CA. It is stamped inside Feb 22, 1945.

      Tons of these things popped up on the market several years back. You see them all the time in Antique stores, and that is where the usually stay. they all are over priced. $50.00 tops on these things. There are some older ones out there that are more valuable, but the white face ones are everywhere.

      i clean out forclosed homes for a couple banks locally and im always finding stuff like this. I actually have this same stamp machine that i had found in one of the houses.
