I have no idea what this is ? This came from our cellar stored as 1 piece, the 2 sets of legs fold out with an arm as shown. and the tip of this arm has the 1/2 circles cutouts. Anyone know about this? It looks like it is really old .Maybe a game ?
I just found a company stamp on each tip here it is new picture
Maybe this?

filmnet is the piece in photo 3 extending to the right out of frame have the half circle cutouts? If so will it rotate over & lock onto the top end of the left upright/ If it does it would seem to me it is for locking the stand at different heights.
Yes both pieces have the cutouts and a metal piece 5" long which is in top of 1 leg here is the stamp on the tips
Does that say Kegell (stylized) & trade mark?
I think so i cannot read the first 2 letters but for sure its gell under this is name Mark.
Hi Walksoftly i hope you read this , i have a neighbor friend who is 95 he is wondering what this name means and what this is,he thought it was for drying clothes? BTW it is Kegell with the names on top Trade, and bottom it is Trade?
I did some searching on line for that name but was unsuccessful, with only having one cross bar it wouldn't make a very good clothes drying.
