    This is some type of mechanical calendar. When you flip it the date changes. Has anybody seen any thing like it. There is no info on what year this was made. Any history will help.

      Yep, they used to be pretty common in the '50s or so....they are sometimes called 'perpetual calendars' or flip calendar. Very cute!
