Some of you have spotted my fondness for clematis, so when I saw this I could not resist it, despite the damage to the petals. And I couldn't resist picturing it next to its namesake, I'm afraid!
I believe this is Loetz, and Part 2 will explain why.
Thank you czechman!
Thank you, Toolate2, Loetzbuddies, miKKoChristmas11, vetraio50, austrohungaro and Ozmarty for the loves. Most kind!
Thank you ks85.
Thank you for the love, LoetzDance.
Thank you, Bohemianglassandmore.
Thank you manddmoir. Incidentally, if I wanted to get this restored, where would you recommend?
Thank you Scandi and Woman 34.
I don't know how I missed this beautiful glass when you first posted!
I love it.

Thank you, Scott!
Thank you Bellin68! This one must be way out of your comfort zone, looking at your lovely collection!
Hi LLL
I think that balancing it upside down on the edge of the table like that (photo 3) would probably put everyone here out of their "comfort zone" ...
:-)
Ha! Worse than that - it's not a table, it's a ladder. Only way to get close to the clematis ...
Don't tell me any more ! :~O
... no doubt it's 10 feet off the ground and you took the picture leaning over the balcony ???
Ok - I won't tell you!
Oh alright - no balcony and the ladder's only about 5 feet ...
Thanks AmberRose, GSO, JayHow and Slave-to-Glass.
Still love looking at this ! soo lovely...
Love it .....and also love clematis too here
Perfect pair! I really do love your Clematis and the colours are so complimented by the flower. Thank you very much for sharing the beauty.
