Here are a few of my mystery pieces, Loetz pulled tango. I call them that because they have no number or form designation. They have been in one auction catalog and two different European auction houses have sold them in the past. The Pieces seem to be fused from two different Tango colors with one pulling down through the piece- mind you the top is not merely coated with the color but is solid color not cased (with exception of pic #3). Any opinions, questions, shape comparisons, additional sightings etc... are welcome.

Here's one link to a sort of similar vase kept in the Museum of Decorative Arts in Madrid:
      http://ceres.mcu.es/pages/Visor?AMuseo=MNAD&Museo=MNAD&Ninv=CE25197&accion=4

For information about the vase search for PROCHASKA at this other link: http://ceres.mcu.es/pages/SimpleSearch?Museo=MNAD

I will soon try and share the picture of a simmilar one we've got.

But I see strong differences between the black areas in yours. only hose in the fourth, orange/yellow, vase seems to be like those in the Prochaska vase in the Madrid museum

Wonderful!!! great vase matches the green very well and you see the top is solid black. the fingers are like the #4 so i consider it a match but probably not prochaska. prochaska has a similar decor but more opal metalik glass. # 4 has an exact shape match with strong demarcated fingers. thanx!

before being part of the museum in Madrid it belonged to the Torsten Bröhan collection (one of the best glass collections) and was exhibited in the Cooper-Hewitt in New York (one of the most prestigoius decorative arts museum). They shouldn't be wrong...

I was having a look a Giuseppe Cappa's book this afternoon and saw some similar decors done by Schneider around 1921 - 1925: pp399, 400 & 406 La Genie Verrier de l'Europe. Different but the similarities are there imho.
