Enameled covered butter or cheese dish

I think this piece is probably Bohemian made right around the turn of the century. I would love to have input on what others think. The enamel work is not what I would consider especially fine. Most of the gold gilding is still in tact. This piece is a marine green vaseline glass and glows brightly under black light.
