Canadian Coca-Cola Test Bottles

I found these while garage saleing near my cottage in central Ontario last week end. The came out of the Penetang Bottling plant that closed about 15 years ago. I find them interesting because they are Canadian ( we just don't find unusual Canadian pieces very often) , I hadn't seen a 26 oz. version before and the smaller 10oz version is a different shape that most. The markings on the bottom of the 26 oz. bottle are a number 3,a circle with a "I" in the middle-( Owen-Illlinois Glass Company-)and 56. The 56 means 1956. Interesting that they are dated on the bottom like Canadian Coke bottles of that era.The 10 oz . is harder to read but dated 68. They have been crudly marked by someone in the plant using an electric pencil. The big one is marked 26 ozs and 1:5. The smaller on says 10 IMP. OZ. NRB CONTOUR and COKE. I assume this means No-Return Contour Bottle. Not the most exciting Coca-Cola collectables but always fun to find something a little different.
