Please help me identify the style/era of this beautiful dresser. I received this chest of drawers as a gift from a friend. She told me it had been her grandmothers, so I believe it is early 1900's. The lighter decorative pattern on the front is raised with a beveled edge. The drawer construction is all dovetail. I know that is is mostly veneer because there is some damage to one side where the veneer has broken off. Any help would me greatly appreciated!

I would guesstimate 1930s. That is what the color and carving says to me. Chips are probably from the vacuum. Common issue.

Pretty dresser. I have one that I just posted that was made by Bassett. It could be from that company 20's - 30's

Agree with other assessments and would date it to the second quarter, 20th century.
