This is a perfect example of a private Label dial made for an American watch such as an Elgin, Waltham or Illinois etc. They were often made for large jewelry stores or department stores. Almost all American dials had 3 feet while some had 4 feet.
Almost all Swiss dials had just 2 feet. You can see a few edge chips, which do hurt its value and collectability. There are no hairlines, which does increase its value. Hairlines can be caused by several things, rough handling such as bending or even temperature change. The copper base is very flexible while the enamel is not.
    Thanks for looking,
    Jim
