Hi it is a Jim Beam decanter . It would have held liquor , It is the Coal car that was attached to locomotive .

YES,I HAVE THIS DECANTER,IT GOES TO THE GRANT LOCOMOTIVE,BUT THE TENDER OR COAL CAR DIDN'T HOLD LIQUOR!!!!!!
