    xHere is a Little Orphan Annie bracelet that i inherited from my aunt. Annie's face is cloisonne or appears to be. Bangle style, with hook, as shown. Any info on this rare piece would be great. (I had posted this earlier but didn't put it in the "Unsolved Mystery" area and couldn't edit the original post to put it there.)

      I've never seen one like that before! Most are usually the ID bracelets or decoder pieces. I wonder if this was a premium or if it was something that was sold in stores?? It'll be interesting to see what you find out.

      I doubt this was commercially made. I think a private jewelery maker/hobbyist built it.

      i would think that this was made for tourists back in the 1920s in China. some artisans there have always tried to follow what's popular in the west. no?
