I have received a box with a bunch of old fishing items inside and I just don't know what this stuff is. Please feel free to give me a schooling if you know what this item is?
It has a cork center in the middle of reel. It makes a nice clicking sound when you spin the plastic/bone handle on the reel.
On the reel it has a place place to strap it on to a pole (I'm guessing)
On the reel it says:
Winchester

Made in USA
