This one I think I am reasonably confident about attributing! Austrohungaro posted a lovely Welz knuckle bowl 2 days ago, and invited me to post mine. Well, here it is!
I believe it meets the criteria for Welz set out by Obscurities and Jericho - no pontil, relatively thin glass, applied rim - blue in this case. Also, a Welz decor - see a version in a different colourway at http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/52238-czechoslovakia-glass-franz-welz-knuckle
The only feature that I think may be unusual is that it seems to be flashed in a layer of amber coloured glass - although they may all be so flashed and I've missed it! To my untrained eye, the flashing looks a little like the beautiful Kralik iris pieces posted on CW. The last 2 photos show it pictured next to what I think is a piece of Kralik Iris (known decor) so you can compare the flashing - apologies for the pictures, the iris is very hard to capture. The "Kralik" piece, as you can see, has a lot of iridescence in the flash which is missing from the "Welz" piece, so I am sticking with Welz until I'm shot down!

You are right LLL, it IS rare to see welz flashed (mirror finish). when Welz is flashed it usually looks satin-flashed, (looking closely you see micro cracks). the base color changes naturally from white- to ivory- to toffee depending on how long it is cooking (like sugar). the cream color looks wonderful and looks better on antique wood or slate surfaces.

Thank you Jericho - it looks like I am learning, slowly and unsteadily!
