Decided to open the set after being sealed for 50+ years the other 9 channel cards are now able to be seen! Two of them I already have so i left them in the package with the piece of paper explaining the set. A couple of the signs I dont think I have seen before, really enjoy being able to see the candy and coke its my fav channel card now! Let me know what you guys think of them.

Oh darn i spent prob close to an hour hanging them there, I even cut small pieces of paper towel and stuck them into the pins so when i pinched them up against the wall there would be no marks left by the pins on the channel cards. I live in an old country house very humid in the summer ( no central air only window shackers lol) and lots of cracks for insects to get in ( good old farm houses ) so i better take your advice and put them into sleeves. I was thinking that last night before i hung them up but was not sure where i could find sleeves big enough to fit these channel cards. After reading your comment I'm assuming i should go to my local photo shop and see what they got. Thanks for your comment Ray always glad to get useful info.

I wish I had a nickel for every time I put something up, then had to take it down, put it back up, move it a little this way, tilt it a little that way... I've become a very good spackler of nail and pin holes! Nice job Trev!

Thanks Manikin glad to hear your an EX-pepsi addict :) and thanks leighannrn. Oh and Ray im going upload new pictures of these channel cards, check them out when you get a chance i couldnt find plastic sleeves, but i found this plastic wrap ( its non-abrasive) wondering if its good enough to keep humidity and bugs out? I still got them hanging on my wall, the lighting is not bad in my room i always have the curtain pulled down so dont have to worry about sun light.

Okay new pics loaded now are these channel cards okay to display like this Ray? check picture four you can see how i got the plastic wrap taped on backside, no tape is touching cards only the plastic wrap.
    18. coke.trevor.cola coke.trevor.cola, 13 years ago
Okay thanks Ray, the plastic wrap only cost me 4$ so i have no problem going back out and buying clear thick portfolio sleeves, the problem i ran into is i couldnt find any at my local arts and crafts stores. Thats the down fall with living in the country your constantly making trips to the city to buy random items.....

How about displaying them under glass on a tabletop? (I don't live in a humid climate, so I don't know if moisture could gather under the glass) but that might be one way to avoid having to find individual sleeves or frames for each one.
Oh, and did I mention that I love them? Awesome images! Mouthwatering in fact. I think I need a grilled cheese sandwhich & a Coke right about now!
